There are two main sources that guides a Muslim towards a holistic understanding of Islam: The Holy Qur’an and the collections of the recorded words, actions and sanctions of the Prophets which make up the Sunnah and which are normally referred to as Hadith.
Imam Nawawi’s 40 hadith is considered as the most foundational hadiths of the Prophet, Blessings and Peace be Upon Him. A deeper understanding, appreciation and application of these hadiths can only nurture your faith, deepen your religious understanding and increase your love for the Beloved Prophet, Blessings and Peace be Upon Him, which will ultimately lead to the strengthening of your deen Insha’Allah.
In this course, the Teacher, Ustadh Muhammad Salleh, will read and analyse Imam Nawawi’s time-tested 40 Hadiths, and share practical applications of it within our modern lifestyles.
Note: Students who have not completed Part 1 of the 40 Hadith course can still join this course, and continue with the next run of Part 1 of the 40 Hadith Course to be scheduled after Ramadan 2024. Part 2 will cover Hadith 25 to 42 of the 40 Hadith. Part 1 will cover Hadith 1 to 24. Each hadith will be shared and discussed individually and on its merits.
