“Their journey is long, they have to face challenges like the biting cold and sleeping uncomfortably. Sometimes their shoes give way and sometimes they lack food,” Ustadh Zahid says.<\/p>\n
During his 32km walk, Ustadh Zahid intends to share his experiences meeting with the Syrian refugees, and to raise awareness about their plight and especially their journey.<\/p>\n
The fundraiser is called #MakeTheWalk and will run for 7 days towards 14 March 2016.
