How can my mind understand your greatness?<\/p>\n
Oh one whom Allah bestowed His Endless Favours<\/p>\n
His Endless Grants, His Endless Mercies<\/p>\n
How can I grasp the Honour that Allah has dressed you<\/p>\n
That the universe is merely a sign<\/p>\n
But you are the intended one<\/p>\n
If not for you, creation would not be<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
How can my eyes be worthy to behold ?<\/p>\n
Of your radiance, your shining countenance<\/p>\n
If the women of Egypt cut their fingers when they saw Prophet Yusuf<\/p>\n
Ya Rasullallah, what state would I be in ?<\/p>\n
Mesmerized by the one whose face is glowing like a full moon<\/p>\n
Nay it is brighter than the full moon<\/p>\n
How can my eyes be worthy of your vision<\/p>\n
How can they be worthy?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
How can my tongue begin to describe you?<\/p>\n
Oh one who is flawless in appearance<\/p>\n
Flawless in creation<\/p>\n
How can this tongue that has spoken countless lies<\/p>\n
Be truthful in mentioning\u00a0 a Divine Art,<\/p>\n
Divine Beauty?<\/p>\n
How can my ears be worthy of hearing the sweetest voice?<\/p>\n
If the birds fell down dead hearing Prophet \u00a0David\u2019s<\/p>\n
What state would I be in, Ya Rasullallah?<\/p>\n
A voice so soft so smooth<\/p>\n
Silky<\/p>\n
Comforting<\/p>\n
Like a lullaby to my heart<\/p>\n
Giving me peace<\/p>\n
Serenity<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
How can my hands be worthy of touching you?<\/p>\n
Of the Holy Hands that is so soft<\/p>\n
Of the Holy hands that sprung forth water<\/p>\n
That quenches the thirst of a thousand men<\/p>\n
And beyond their wildest dreams<\/p>\n
Taking ablution<\/p>\n
By your hands<\/p>\n
Dressing them with lights<\/p>\n
With Purity<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
How can my feet be worthy of standing in your threshold?<\/p>\n
Where nobles are in awe<\/p>\n
And Kings tremble<\/p>\n
Of your might, your power, your majesty<\/p>\n
What state would I be in, Oh Prophet of Allah?<\/p>\n
If I were to stand in your Presence<\/p>\n
With my heart as dark as the darkest night<\/p>\n
With a face of a hypocrite<\/p>\n
With an appearance of a sinner<\/p>\n
A dressing of a beggar<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Would you turn me away?<\/p>\n
Or would you take me by your Holy Hands<\/p>\n
And wash me with the water of purity<\/p>\n
Perfume me with the musk of honor<\/p>\n
Crown me with spiritual perfection<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Ya Rasullallah! What more can a poor beggar ask?<\/p>\n
Except pity and mercy<\/p>\n
Generosity<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
How can my heart cause my tongue<\/p>\n
To profess my love to you<\/p>\n
When in truth there is none in creation<\/p>\n
A lover<\/p>\n
But<\/p>\n
YOU<\/p>\n
