Fashionistas may turn their noses up at flats, looking down at them while standing artificially tall in their platformed heels.
“It just doesn’t give you height,” They grouse. “Heels are the only shoes that make you look lean and trim!”
Although flats sure won’t help you look tall and slender, are heels worth the pain?
I think it takes guts and a whole lot of confidence not to give a hoot and feel tall, while staying grounded, literally.
